But getting media coverage is actually quite easy if you know what you’re doing.

Jessica Goldman (Houston Press, American Theater Magazine) is offering a free media relations 101 seminar to give you all the tools you need to make sure your media marketing efforts are successful. Whether you’re an artist trying to market yourself or a theater administrator looking to promote your company’s show, you’ll gain valuable insight on the media relations process.

Creating media lists, event listings, press releases, preview pitches, reviews  - all this will be covered in detail at the seminar. As well as time for any questions you may have.
